Role Description

Optimize and manage domestic and international supply chain operations. Build strong relationships with customers, coordinate transportation, and implement efficient logistics processes. Minimum Requirements

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Terminal Foreman located at 16182 Peninsula St. Houston, TX 77015. The Terminal Foreman will oversee daily operations, including supervising staff. Duties also include coordinating terminal activities, maintaining safety standards, and effective communication to ensure smooth operations and performance efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and manage daily operations.

Role Description

This is a full-time, remote position for a Director of Maintenance/Operations. Candidates must reside in one of the following RWC operating areas: Houston, TX; Philadelphia, PA; Long Beach, CA; Palm Beach, FL; Glendale, AZ; Atlanta, GA; or Savannah, GA.

The Director of Maintenance/Operations will oversee both fixed plant and mobile equipment maintenance, driving performance improvement through data, process discipline, and a culture of continuous improvement. This position reports directly to the COO and plays a key leadership role in optimizing operational reliability and efficiency across multiple locations.

Responsibilities

  • Champion RWC’s safety philosophy, ensuring safety is a core element of all maintenance practices and culture.
  • Oversee mobile and fixed plant maintenance strategies, including budgeting, resource planning, vendor management, and capital planning.
  • Partner with regional operations and engineering teams to align maintenance best practices with production goals and equipment lifecycle management.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team of operation managers, maintenance managers, supervisors, and mechanics.
  • Ensure all maintenance shops are properly staffed and equipped, emphasizing skill development and technical training.
  • Establish and monitor KPIs to track reliability, cost, downtime, and preventive maintenance compliance.
  • Drive cost savings and efficiency through vendor negotiations, warranty recovery, and reliability-centered maintenance strategies.
  • Foster collaboration across departments to minimize downtime and maximize asset utilization.
  • Ensure compliance with all RWC, OSHA, and environmental regulations.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and participate in maintenance councils or national forums.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years of progressive maintenance leadership experience in aggregates, mining, construction materials, or heavy industry.
  • Strong understanding of fixed plant equipment, mobile fleet management, and industrial maintenance operations.
  • Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety compliance standards.
  • Proven leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and drive strategic decision-making.

 

Working Conditions

  • Remote role with up to 50% travel to RWC facilities.
  • Ability to work extended hours as needed.

Physical Requirements

  • Requires walking, sitting, lifting, pushing, and pulling to a significant degree.
